1099 Data Sheets

Data sheets are for use by those that prefer to write on paper and send their data to AccuPay. Just print, fill in and fax or email to us.
Download one A99 for each payer, and the corresponding 1099 type for payees.
If a Payer has more than one type of 1099 such as NEC and MISC, you need a separate A99 for each.

1099 Excel File

If you have a large number of payees, you can send to us using our 1099 Excel Spreadsheet template.
Input PAYEE information in the Excel Template- name, dollar amounts, address, etc.
Complete a 1099 File Transmittal with the PAYER information and dollar amount proof totals.
If a Payer has more than one type of 1099 such as NEC and MISC, you need a separate File Transmittal and Excel Spreadsheet for each.

1099 Corrections

Any changes to a Form 1099 after it has been filed with the IRS requires a CORRECTED return.
Circle the changes on your 1099 Copy C or proof listing, contained in the original file received from AccuPay.
Fax (925-945-6544) or email (tech@accupayonline.com) the corrections to AccuPay.
AccuPay will e-file or produce “Red” paper copies to file by mail with the IRS.
